Keeler values individual privacy and we want to give our website visitors the opportunity to know what information we collect about them and how they can limit the use of individually-identifiable information beyond the purposes for which they first provided it. At all times, however, Keeler reserves the right to disclose information where required by law or to comply with valid legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order), to protect the company’s rights or property, or during emergencies when safety is at risk.

We use state-of-the-art technology to keep any information you provide as secure as possible. Only authorized Keeler employees are permitted to have access to individually-identifiable data about web site visitors, and that access is limited to what is reasonably needed to perform an employee’s responsibilities, such as providing updates or notices or customer service.

FBO Point
All shipments are FOB shipping point with freight and handling costs prepaid and added to the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
 
Payment/Credit Terms
Keelerdirect.com currently accepts credit card payment only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

How Internet Orders Are Processed
Internet orders placed on keelerdirect.com are considered "pending" until credit authorization and tax tabulation is completed. Customers shall be contacted by email with a final price prior to shipment.
 
Sales and Use Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the sale and/or use of the products invoiced are the buyer’s responsibility. Sales and Use taxes will be applied to all orders upon processing in the following states in which Keeler is required by law to collect Sales and Use taxes. 

The states are: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas.
 
Customer’s shipping address is used to determine taxable status.
 
Credit Returns Authorization
All merchandise returns require authorization in advance. Merchandise returns may be returned to 456 Parkway, Broomall, PA 19008 for quality control inspection.
 
Returns Policy
Returns made within 30 days of invoice date, will be credited in full, less any refurbishing costs, if any. Merchandise returns between 31-60 days from date of invoice, are subject to a 10% restocking fee and refurbishing costs, if any. Returns over 60 days from the date of invoice cannot be accepted. Costs of return packaging, shipment and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. COD shipments will not be accepted without prior approval.
